10 years from the filing date and every 10 years thereafter.
Use Provisions
A trade mark may be removed from the Register on the grounds that it was not intended to be used or has not in fact been used in connection with the goods for which it is registered for 3 years preceding the petition for removal.

Duration
20 years from the effective filing date.
Renewal
Annuity payments are required under the current law, but these are not yet being collected for PCT or reregistration patents as the relevant implementing regulations have not yet been promulgated. It may be pertinent to note that, under the laws relating to substantive Letters Patents, the first renewal fee is payable before the expiry of 48 months calculated from the filing date.
