Mauritius – Accession to Hague Convention & Madrid System

Mauritius has joined the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs, becoming the 95th member state.  The Hague System will enter into force in Mauritius on 6th May 2023.

Mauritius also joined the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, with effect from 6th May 2023.  It becomes the 130th contracting state of the Madrid System.
