IRAQ - Accession to PCT

The Government of the Republic of Iraq deposited its instrument of accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) on 31st January 2022. The Treaty will enter into force with respect to the Republic of Iraq on 30th April 2022, such that any international application filed on or after this date will automatically include the designation of Iraq.
