Use Provisions
Whoever is interested may apply to the Registrar for the cancellation of any trade mark registered in the name of a third party if its registrant has not actually used it continuously for a period of 3 years preceding the application, unless the registrant proves that non-use has been due to special circumstances in the trade or to justifiable reasons which prevented use.

Renewal
Renewal fees are payable annually, calculated from the filing date but only commencing at the time of registration, at which point the relevant accumulated back annuities are payable along with the registration fee. Subsequent annuities are payable on each anniversary of the filing date of the application. There is a 6-month grace period available on payment of a late fine.
