Renewal
10 years from the filing date and every 10 years thereafter. There is no statutory grace period available for the late payment of renewal fees. However, the Trademark Office may, upon request, grant a 6-month grace period for the late payment of a renewal fee.

Non-use of a mark for a period of 2 years from the date of registration renders it open to an action for cancellation by third parties.
