7 years from the filing date and every 14 years thereafter.
Use Provisions
An application for the cancellation of a trade mark may be filed on the grounds that there has been no bona fide intention to use, or use of, the mark in connection with the goods for which it is registered, or that there has not been any such use during the preceding two years. An application for the removal of a trademark from the register must be made within five years of the registration of the mark.
