Anne has been working in trade marks since 1990 and, after a storied tenure with the business, now assists with our day-to-day administrative work in multiple jurisdictions, in her capacity as an external consultant to the practice.
Anne’s pragmatic approach and wealth of experience in the industry, are an asset to the business.
Oriana Bridal
Oriana joined Lysaght in September 2025, bringing enforcement experience from her time with the Viscount’s Department, where she worked across arrests, distraints, asset seizures and court enforcement. Ori applies this practical background to her role in Intellectual Property, with a growing interest in prosecution work, litigation, and rights protection.
Neil Pickles
Neil joined Lysaght in December 2025 and is a qualified CITMA Paralegal with nearly two decades of experience supporting IP law firms. His career began in trade mark administration, where he developed strong technical expertise and a meticulous attention to detail that has remained central to his work. Over the years, Neil has progressed into roles focused on client service and process optimisation, partnering closely with IP law firm clients to streamline workflows, strengthen portfolio management, and support long‑term strategic goals. He brings a blend of operational depth, precision, and a collaborative, client‑centred approach to his role here at Lysaght.
Kirsten Ozouf
Kirsten joined our Trade Mark Department as an administrator in June 2025, and brought with her some valuable IP experience from her previous roles in both London and Jersey. She is responsible for trade mark prosecution and maintenance in a wide range of jurisdictions.
Annette Lovell
Annette joined Lysaght in 1995, after working previously for a patent annuity service provider. She is responsible for the patent “reregistration” jurisdictions, and works closely with Registries and local attorneys in those jurisdictions in order to navigate the intricacies of their laws and documentary requirements for the reregistration of granted UK patents there.
She is also instrumental in Knowledge Management in those jurisdictions, so ensuring that our records are kept current and correct.
Louise Audhlam-Gardiner
Louise is a Director in the Patents & Designs department, overseeing and managing the department to deliver a range of services to our clients. Qualified as both a UK Patent Attorney and as a European Patent Attorney, Louise provides advice on global patent filing strategies and overcoming prosecution issues.
David Booth
David is our IT and Systems Director, and is responsible for the company’s entire IT infrastructure, as well as the development of our in-house database and information systems. He holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool.
Richard Stilwell
Richard is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and heads Lysaght’s contentious trade mark services. He is responsible for the firm’s relationships with agents and clients, as well as maintaining a senior role within the Patents Department.
Caroline Johnstone
Caroline is our Head of Operations, responsible for managing the company’s finance, HR, company secretarial and general business operations. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds an Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction.
Sara Lloyd
Sara manages the worldwide annuities portfolio of the department, including providing ad-hoc advice and responding to client queries. Given the breadth of the countries involved and the technical expertise required, Sara has excellent agent relationship management skills.
Mike Neagle
Mike manages agent relationships and handles client queries on a regular basis, allowing him to broaden his technical knowledge and skills. In addition to his role in the Patent and Design department, Mike provides operational support to the company to ensure our database and working procedures are kept up to date and are sufficiently robust.
Angela Fairlie
Angela joined Lysaght in 2015 and assists with the prosecution and consolidation of our patent portfolio. Having gained technical experience throughout worldwide jurisdictions, Angela also provides invaluable support to our patent annuities client portfolio working closely with Sara Lloyd.
Rita Henderson
Rita joined Lysaght in 1980 and has become a specialist in trade mark renewals. As her main area of responsibility and oversight, Rita provides clients with the benefit of considerable experience and knowledge. As she coordinates this service in over 170 jurisdictions, this allows her to have an interesting and wide-ranging client portfolio.
Tatiana Despres
Tatiana is a CITMA Paralegal, and has been a member of the trade mark department since 2007. She has amassed over 20 years in the IP industry, and has extensive knowledge in all matters of trade mark services, including trade mark registrations, renewals and recordals.
Christine Krach
Christine holds a degree in Hospitality from the Industrie und Handelskammer, Nürnberg. She joined Lysaght in 2017 with five years of experience in the IP industry. Christine assists with the day-to-day administration of trade mark applications in various jurisdictions.
Michelle Boyes
Michelle joined Lysaght in 1975 and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience over her time in the IP industry. Michelle has worked with most of our clients for many years, allowing her to provide a specialist service at an unparalleled level of continuity. Michelle specialises in trade mark prosecution, consolidation and renewal work in many African countries. Being fluent in French, this allows her client portfolio to be diverse and multi-lingual.
Zoë Molloy
Zoë joined Lysaght in September 2024, bringing with her experience of both IP law, and general legal practice, from her time in the industry to date. With a focus on Trade Mark prosecution and recordal work across a broad range of countries, Zoë and has assumed responsibility for a parcel of jurisdictions in the department, and we are thrilled to have her as a part of the team.
Patricia McGurk
Patricia has been at Lysaght since 2000 and performs a key role in the finance department. She is responsible for the sales ledger and works closely with the trade mark and patent & design departments on billing queries, utilising her vast experience in our client portfolio. She is also responsible for day-to-day monitoring and supervision of the company’s credit control.
Kim Ingram
Kim joined Lysaght in 2023 and is responsible for the purchase ledger, working with our global agents. A large part of her role is to liaise with the trade mark and patent & design departments to ensure costings and payments are accurate and timely. She has had a long career in the finance industry since 1991, having previously worked for a local trust company for 15 years and has held various other accounting roles.
