Four of Lysaght’s budding Usain Bolts recently took part in a relay race across the sands of Jersey’s stunning south coast beach to Elizabeth Castle and back, to raise money for the restoration of this iconic castle. We are very proud of two members of our Trade Marks Department, Wilfried Schreder and Christine Krach, who have recently completed another “Tough Mudder” assault course in the Yorkshire Dales. This consists of a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course, which requires strength, stamina and incredible teamwork. Between them, they have raised approximately £1,500 to date for Help for Heroes and Friends of Jersey Oncology.

This year Lysaght was represented by Steve Le Feuvre and Tim Noel at the Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association held in Barcelona, Spain from 20 to 24 May.   There were 10,700 delegates registered this year and it proved a great opportunity to hold meetings with some of our most important international clients, as well as a chance to catch up with some of our network of local associates from around the world.   Steve is a member of the INTA’s Trademark Office...
